FROM IDEA TO APPROVAL

How to plan custom apparel.

A practical path for custom apparel: fewer scattered details, clearer decisions and a written plan before production.

01

Start with your people

Tell the story behind the group: who will wear the pieces, what they will be used for and what you want them to feel like.

Your part: group, occasion and a rough count.
02

Choose a garment direction

Explore the sample collection. Compare fit, fabric feel and layering needs without treating the sample as confirmed stock.

Your part: shortlist styles and note sizing needs.
03

Shape the artwork

Decide the placement and share an artwork direction. The selected garment, colors and method need a compatibility review.

Your part: artwork readiness and preferred placement.
04

Confirm the proposal

Review the exact products, sizes, colors, decoration, pricing, minimums, timing and delivery terms in writing.

Approval point: a clear quote and documented details.
05

Approve the production proof

Check spelling, placement, proportions, sizes and any individual names or numbers. Confirm what a digital proof does and does not represent.

Approval point: production-ready artwork and agreed terms.
06

Coordinate the order

The live production and delivery process will follow the approved terms. This private site does not place an order or schedule production.
